Anyone else find it odd as all hell that they used such rare German rifles for this show? I find myself wondering where the hell they got them in the first place. - Nyles

Uh, yes they did. Look at the picture, it's obviously a split bridge receiver with the bolt handle turned down in front of it, it's not a Mauser at all. It doesn't have spring retained barrel bands, and if you look really close you can even see the butt socket. Believe me, I'm a WW2 gun collector and that is a Gewehr 98/40.
