My 'guesstimate' as to this Frankengun would be a FN MAG 58 (of which the trigger guard does look like the one on the MG34/42) with a modified heat shield and a MG42 rear sight, PeeWee055 (talk) 02:56, 13 June 2016 (EDT)

The base gun is RPD. The buttstock seems to be taken from DPM, and the front sight is of StG 44. As it is said already, MG34 and MG42 parts are also used. Greg-Z (talk) 15:29, 13 June 2016 (EDT)
