Judging from the reciever and sights, it looks more like some Uzi with the grip moved back and a helical magazine whacked in. Kinda ugly IMO.

Vityaz
Vityaz is a derivative of Izhmash PP-19 Bizon, it differs only in replacing of a helical-feed magazine with a more common stick magazine.
