This pistol resembles an EAA Witness with custom engraved grips and slide. This pistol is seen in the hands of Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) later in the episode.

It's seen lying among the hunters' guns on the bunker's table in "Stranger in a Strange Land" (S14E01) and she later uses it to rescue Castiel (Misha Collins).
