Superman and the Mole Men (1951)

Superman and the Mole Men was the first feature film adaptation of the DC Comics superhero series and also marked the debut of George Reeves as the Man of Steel. The feature was released in 1951 and served as the initial trial for the television series that would premiere a year later. The film would later serve as a two-part episode of series' first season.
