Sgt. Joey Bomowski (Sylvester Stallone) is seen primarily using a Taurus PT99. This particular model is a "Long Barrel" due to the extended barrel. Later during the movie Tutti (Estelle Getty) finds the gun and cleans it by using bleach and other assorted cleaning solutions, which in turn removes the bluing from the gun.

The "cleaned" gun, note how all the blueing has been taken off, more than likely this is a different Taurus all together since using bleach on a firearm is very unsafe.

Feeling bad about ruining Joey's PT99, Tutti (Estelle Getty) attempts to find a replacement. The gun clerk (Richard Schiff) holds up another PT99 Long Barrel with Wood Grip, and prices it at $450, which Tutti finds outrageous.

Mitchell (Dennis Burkley) attempts to sell Tutti (Estelle Getty) an AR-15.

Tutti (Estelle Getty) purchases an Ingram MAC-10 from Mitchell (Dennis Burkley) and later gives it to Joey (Sylvester Stallone) as a present/replacement for the Taurus.
