Handguns

Glock 17

After a fight with Strahm (Scott Patterson) at the end of Saw V, Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) leaves for his hideout. In his holster is a Glock 17. It can also be seen being carried by Agent Erickson (Mark Rolston) and an unnamed police officer. Upon hearing a disturbance in his office building late at night and seeing the shadow of a man with a gun, William (Peter Outerbridge) retrieves a Glock pistol from a drawer and uses it to shoot the man, which turns out to be a security guard, just before he is ambushed from behind by the real assailant. Agent Perez (Athena Karkanis) continues to use her Glock 17 throughout the film. At first, it is seen in her holster at the police station and after they discover Hoffman is behind the killings, Perez tries to attack him with the gun, but doesn't have time. Hoffmann (Costas Mandylor) leaves Strahm's fingerprints on Perez’s pistol after the police killings.

Shotguns

Remington 870 Police Magnum

Six of William's subordinates find themselves tied to a rotating playground roundabout. Opposite one of them is a mechanism with a Remington 870 Police Magnum shotgun. During the movement, each victim turns out to be in front of the barrel of the shotgun. At that moment, the choice was up to William (Peter Outerbridge). He can save two out of six people by piercing his palm with a metal spike. Then the mechanism raises the barrel of the shotgun and the victim on the carousel remains unharmed. Also, before the movement of each player, the shotgun is charged with the movement of the forearm. William chooses to save Emily (Larissa Gomes) and Shelby (Karen Cliche), which leads to the death of Aaron (James Gilbert), Gena (Melanie Scrofano), Dave (Darius McCrary) and Josh (Shawn Mathieson).

12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun

In a flashback, when Jigsaw (Tobin Bell), Amanda (Shawnee Smith), and Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) prepare "The Rack" trap for Timothy Young (Mpho Koaho) from the third movie, John holds the 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun that will later be installed in glass box and kills Judge Halden (Barry Flatman). Another (or maybe the same) shotgun is briefly seen in a archive footage from Saw V, while the detective Hoffman tries to remove The Reverse Beartrap 2.0 at the end of the film.
