Jamaicans is seen with Smith & Wesson 439s early on in the movie, one also appears in a bag in their car. Ma Hon Keung (Jackie Chan) is seen holding one taken from a thug. Some cops also carry 439s.

Custom machine pistols is carried by the mob thugs pursuing Hon. As this film was partially filmed in Canada, it's likely that these pistols are the exact same props seen in the film Timecop as well as several Canadian-filmed television series including Smallville, Viper and Cobra: The Series.
HFC MP210 Airsoft Gun
The "Heckler & Koch MP5A3" are carried by members of law enforcement during the final chase. One is also seen used by a syndicate member before he enters the hovercraft. These are in fact a pump action Airsoft version manufactured by HFC called the MP210.
