Handguns
Tokyo Marui Colt Double Eagle Airsoft Gun
Most of the bad guys in the movie is seen using Tokyo Marui Colt Double Eagle airsoft guns evidenced by that they appear plastic-looking and that the hammers are unmovable and molded to the frame of the gun.
Bernardelli P-018 Compact
Guns being fired appear to be mostly the Bernardelli P-018 Compact in nickel finish.
Smith & Wesson Model 439
Jamaicans is seen with Smith & Wesson Model 439s early on in the movie, one also appears in a bag in their car. Ma Hon Keung (Jackie Chan) is seen holding one taken from a thug. Some cops also carry 439s.
Colt Python
Colt Python revolver is carried by one of the NYPD officers who arrests Jordan and another syndicate member, after the initial shootout. Another officer is also seen with one near the final.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolver is carried by the second officer arresting the two syndicate members.

Custom machine pistols is carried by the mob thugs pursuing Hon. As this film was partially filmed in Canada, it's likely that these pistols are the exact same props seen in the film Timecop as well as several Canadian-filmed television series including Smallville, Viper and Cobra: The Series.
HFC MP210 Airsoft Gun
The "Heckler & Koch MP5A3" are carried by members of law enforcement during the final chase. One is also seen used by a syndicate member before he enters the hovercraft. These are in fact a pump action Airsoft version manufactured by HFC called the MP210.
Mini Uzi
Mobsters is seen armed with Mini Uzi twice.
Uzi
Other mobsters are armed with full size Uzis.
Rifles

What appear to be M16A1 rifles is seen being used by law enforcement.
