Ready or Not is a upcoming first person shooter that places the player in the role of leader of a SWAT Team in a Dystopian America. It has a focus on the singleplayer and coop campaign but also features a PVP multiplayer side with an alternate story and game modes.


Overview

The following list is all firearms and grenades that Player-Characters, NPC Officers, and Suspects can use in game. Each individual firearm has multiple different combination of attachments. Most of the firearms can accept either full metal jacket or hollow point ammunition.

Handguns

One of two firearms the Player-Character, NPC Officers, and NPC suspects can use. Mostly seen as the backup weapon for the player-character however, as they take up the secondary weapon slot on the players inventory.

Colt M1911

Chambered in .45 ACP, the Colt M1911 appears in Ready or Not. It is seen in promotional art with a under barrel flashlight and can also equip a red dot laser.

The Colt Python appears in Ready or Not as a sidearm. It is chambered in .357 Magnum.

The Beretta 92FS appears in Ready or Not chambered in 9x19mm.

Walther PPQ

The Walther PPQ appears in Ready or Not chambered in 9x19mm.

The Glock 19 appears in Ready or Not chambered in 9x19mm. It is seen used with glowing iron sights.

FN Five-Seven

The FN Five-seveN appears in Ready or Not chambered in 5.7x28mm. It has an unrealistic 17 round capacity in Ready or Not compared to its real life counterparts of 10, 20 (standard), and 30 round magazines. Its recoil is quite large for the round size compared to its real life recoil.

Heckler and Koch MP5A4

The Heckler & Koch MP5A4 appears in Ready or Not chambered in 9x19mm. The MP5A4 reload animation in Ready or Not is missing the notorious "H&K Slap" that is found in the instruction manual and recommended for reloading many Heckler & Koch firearms.

The Walther MPL appears in Ready or Not chambered in 9x19mm. The gun makes frequent appearances in early marketing material by Void Interactive despite its unpopularity in American SWAT units and in America in general.

The G36C is seen in Ready or Not chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. Due to inavalibility of real G36Cs to be 3D-Scanned, the current in-game rifle has a charging handle and ejection port similar to a airsoft rifle.

The Remington 700 appears in Ready or Not under the name M40 chambered in 7.62x51mm. It is only usable by remote controlled Police Sniper Units.

Machine Guns

RPD

The RPD light machine gun appears in Ready or Not chambered in 7.62x54. Interestingly, there is no Bipod functionality in game, which would make firing the gun very hard due to its large round size and weight.

Milkor MGL

The Milkor MGL appears in Ready or Not firing the 40mm grenade that can include smoke, rubber, and various non-lethal ammunition. There is no High-Explosive rounds available in the game.
