All the rogue motorcycle cops in the death squad and Lt. Briggs are armed with these .357 Magnum revolvers and use them on mutliple occasions, fitted with suppressors. Suppressors do not actually work on most revolvers because of the small gap between the cylinder and the barrel.

During the plane hijack, the two hijackers use the Model 10 as their weapons. When Harry infiltrates the plane as a pilot, he knocks out one of them and using the gun, kills the other hijacker with the weapon.
