Kill the "Jackal" (Russian: Убить "Шакала"; Ubit "Shakala") is the 1991 Soviet detective, loosely based on the novel of Agatha Christie Murder on the Orient Express (the first part is very close, but the second part is complitely differed from the original novel). An armed gang, leaded by mysteris crime bosse, named the Jackal robbed the jewelry shop and killed a few militiamen (Soviet policeman). A few days later, an unsolved murder is comited in the train Simferopol-Kiev. Militian detective Nikolay Alekseevich Petrov (Evgeniy Zharikov) soon realise the relate between this two crimes, but any of the another passangers may be the Jackal.

Nagant M1895 is used by one of the Jackal's gangsters. All shot of it vere wery blured.

One of the Jackal's gangsters fires M1921AC Thompson at the film beggining.
Rifles
AKS-74U
Several Spetsnaz (Soviet Special Forcess) soldiers, as well, as Jackal's gangsters can be seen armed with the AKS-74U rifles.
Dragunov SVD
At least one Spetsnaz sniper fires SVD.
AK rifle
An unknown AK style rifle with not folding stock can be seen in the hands of one Spetsnaz soldier. It's may be AKM or AK-74.
Trivia
Grenade
Jackal tries to use hand grenade at the film climax, that was tooked from him by Nikolay Alekseevich Petrov, the detective (Evgeniy Zharikov). Altought, it's most likely F-1 or RGD-5 it's no point to make correct ID.
