Davos 1917 is a 2023 television series and a co-production of Swiss television SRF and ARD Degeto. The story takes place in Davos in the canton of Graubünden in 1917 and is loosely based on Thomas Mann's The Magic Mountain. The nurse Johanna Gabathuler returns pregnant from a mission in Verdun to the climatic health resort of Davos. There, her family runs the "Curhaus Cronwald", which is in financial difficulties. Her father has the child taken away from her, as she is to be married off to Grand Councillor Thanner. Countess and German spy Ilse von Hausner, who is in Davos for a cure, promises Johanna that she will help her get the child back if she spies for the German Empire. As spies from the other warring parties are also in Davos, a battle breaks out for the most important information that could be decisive for the war.

A Dreyse Model 1907 is briefly seen wielded by Schulze (Constantin von Jascheroff) in Ep. 1 "Johanna".
Steyr M1912
A Steyr M1912 is first seen in a safe and later held by Dr. Mangold (David Kross).
FN Model 1922
After asking for a gun from Ilse von Hausner, Johanna Gabathuler (Dominique Devenport) receives an anachronistic FN Model 1922.
Mauser Model 1914
The second gun Johanna got from Ilse is a 1914 Mauser Pocket Pistol.
Mauser C96
Mauser C96s are handled by van de Velde (Ruben Brinkman), Dr. Mangold (David Kross), a German officer, Ole zu Esteburg (Max Herbrechter), and Olga Belova (Sunnyi Melles).
Colt M1911A1
Dr. Mangold (David Kross) owns two Colt M1911A1 which are stand-ins for the original M1911.
FN Model 1910
A correct FN Model 1910 is used by Thanner (Sven Schelker) in Ep. 06.

Anachronistic Webley .38 Mk IVs are used by Zaire (Welket Bungué) and other characters throughout the series.
Rifles
Schmidt-Rubin Model 1911
Swiss soldiers are armed with Schmidt-Rubin Model 1911 rifles. The carbine model is carried by border guards.
Sharps 1874 Cavalry Carbine
The gun cabinet of Peter Gabathuler (Hanspeter Müller) contains a Sharps 1874 Cavalry Carbine which is taken by his daughter Johanna.
FN Mauser Mle. 1924
What appears to be an FN Mauser Mle. 1924 with a scope is used by Franz and Ilse von Hausner.
Mauser Puška vz. 98/22
Instead of accurate Gewehr 98s, German soldiers are equipped with post-war Vz. 98/22 Czech Mausers.
Karabiner 98k
Short Mauser rifles which appear to be anachronistic Karabiner 98ks can be seen in Ilse von Hausner's hideout.
Carcano M1891
Mayor General Taylor's (Cornelius Obonya) henchmen are armed with Carcano M1891s.

Model 24 Stielhandgranate
A crate of Model 24 Stielhandgranate is seen in Ilse von Hausner's hideout. These grenades stand in for the period correct Model 16 Stielhandgranate.
MG 11
What appears to be an MG 11 is seen at the border crossing to Switzerland.
Double Barreled Shotgun
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns are used by the foster mother of Johanna's child. and van de Velde.

Two models of artillery pieces are seen in the third episode.
