The following weapons can be seen in Season 6 of the television series Criminal Minds:

Criminal Minds - Season 6 (2010-2011)

Handguns

Glock 17

Third-Generation Glock 17 pistols were for a long time the predominant weapon carried by almost all of the show's main male characters. FBI Supervisory Special Agent Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) carried his Glock 17 with a Streamlight TLR-2 weaponlight/laser module. B.A.U. (Behavior Analysis Unit) Chief SSA Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) and Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) were also both frequently seen with standard Glock 17's. Morgan, however, exchanges his Glock 17 for a SIG-Sauer P226R in Season 6, while Reid had already exchanged his own Glock for a .357 Smith & Wesson Model 65 revolver in Season 4, making Hotchner the only main male character to continue carrying a Glock 17. Morgan notably uses his Glock to gun down the 'Prince of Darkness' killer in the opening episode "The Longest Night". Other FBI agents and some police officers are seen with Glock 17 pistols.

In "Coda" (S6E16), B.A.U. Chief SSA Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) draws his Glock.

Glock 19

SSA Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) uses a Third-Generation Glock 19 as her sidearm. Also carried by various police officers.

Glock 26

The Glock 26 is the backup weapon carried by both Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) and Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore), both carried in ankle holsters.

Springfield Armory TRP

SSA David Rossi (Joe Mantegna) carries a Springfield Armory TRP, a model of which is used by the FBI's elite HRT, throughout the series, this suggests he may have been HRT/SWAT trained to use this weapon. Rossi also has a background of serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, which also possibly helps explain his use of a 1911-type pistol.

SIG-Sauer P226R

SSA Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) switches to a new SIG-Sauer P226R fitted with a Streamlight TLR-1 weaponlight, which he is seen carrying starting in Season 6. His SIG can be identified as the P226R by the tactical rail, redesigned grips and trigger.

Smith & Wesson Model 65

Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) carries as his main weapon a 3" barrel Smith & Wesson Model 65 with wood-colored grips. He carries the double action revolver in a holster that does not cover the trigger guard, something that is not generally advisable.

Reid in the episode "Corazon" (S6E12) with his strangely holstered Smith & Wesson Model 65. Note the very visible grips of his S&W Model 65 - you can sort of see that the wood coloring is starting to come off and the black plastic is showing through underneath.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

Standard J-frame Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolvers are used by numerous unsubs (short for 'unknown-subjects') throughout the show.

Smith & Wesson Model 36 - .38 Special

Smith & Wesson Model 64

A snub-nose Smith & Wesson Model 64 revolver is used by severely grief-stricken female killer Shelley Chamberlain (Kelli Williams) in the episode "Hanley Waters" (S6E20). It was taken from a gunshop when she asked for a .38 and was given it to examine and then used it to kill the gunshop patrons/workers (after discreetly loading it using rounds she brought with her). She then goes on a rampage with the weapon, targeting 'first-responder' authorities. It can be identified as a Model 64 and not a J-frame due to the 6-round cylinder.

Beretta 92FS

Beretta 92FS pistols are used by many characters, including criminals and police officers.

Heckler & Koch USP

In the episode "Lauren" (S6E18), Prentiss leaves her issue Glock behind when going it alone to find Ian Doyle (Timothy V. Murphy). She then interrogates an Irish mob informant at gunpoint with a Heckler & Koch USP, shooting his ear off when she finishes questioning him.

Rifles

M4A1

Throughout the series, FBI SWAT and several local police tactical units carry M4A1 carbines, both standard models and variants with various accessories.

In "Coda" (S6E16), FBI SWAT clear a home armed with M4A1's.

AKMSU

In the episodes "Valhalla" (S6E17) and "Lauren" (S6E18), a group of ex-IRA members can be seen armed with AKMSU's fitted with railed handguards and RIS foregrips & EOTech red dot sights, engaging in a shootout with Prentiss and Morgan when the two catch them leaving the home of a victim.

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

Full-stocked Heckler & Koch MP5A2s are used by various SWAT teams.

In "Lauren", Prentiss wields a Heckler & Koch MP5K when ambushing Doyle's entourage as they're leaving a pub, shooting several of Doyle's men, though loses the weapon when Doyle stuns her by shooting her in her bulletproof vest.
