==Glock "Non Gun"==
In several instances, the Glock is seen fired in a particular episode is a [[Non Gun]] replica. This is often used when either a blank-firing weapon was not available or could not be safely discharged during filming. A tell tale sign that a non gun is used is that the firearm's slide doesn't move and doesn't eject a casing when it's fired.

It can be noted as a M&P revolver due to the Smith & Wesson style cylinder latch (The earliest M&P revolvers lack the typical Smith ejector-rod socket, akin to most older Colt revolvers).

Criminal Minds - Season 2 (2006-2007)

The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series Criminal Minds:

SPOILERS.jpg WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Pistols

Glock 17

Third-Generation Glock 17 pistols are carried by B.A.U. (Behavior Analysis Unit) Chief SSA Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) and Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler). Supervisory Special Agent Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) is also seen at times with a standard Glock 17 (without his Streamlight attachment). At the end of "The Big Game" (S02E14), 'Tobias' (James Van Der Beek) knocks down Reid and briefly threatens him with his Glock 17. Other FBI agents and some police officers are seen with Glock 17 pistols.

Glock 17 (Streamlight TLR-2 weaponlight)

Supervisory Special Agent Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) carries a third-generation Glock 17 with a mounted Streamlight TLR-2 weaponlight/laser module as his duty sidearm. A similar weaponlight-equipped Glock is also wielded by a DEA agent at the opening of "Lessons Learned" (S02E10).

Glock 19

SSA Elle Greenaway (Lola Glaudini) carries a third-generation Glock 19 as her duty sidearm throughout her episodes in Season 2, the weapon last seen at the end of "The Boogeyman" (S02E06). SSA Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) also carries a Glock 19. Glock 19s are also seen carried by various police officers.

An NYPD officer (Peter Weireter) draws his Glock 19 in "Fear and Loathing" (S02E16).

Glock 26

A Glock 26 pistol is the duty weapon of the B.A.U.'s 'Communications Liaison' SSA Jennifer 'J.J.' Jareau (A.J. Cook). The Glock 26 is also the backup weapon carried by both Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) and Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore), both carried in ankle holsters.

J.J. wields her Glock 26 in "No Way Out, Part II: The Evilution of Frank" (S02E23).

Glock "Non Gun"

In several instances, the Glock is seen fired in a particular episode is a Non Gun replica. This is often used when either a blank-firing weapon was not available or could not be safely discharged during filming. A tell tale sign that a non gun is used is that the firearm's slide doesn't move and doesn't eject a casing when it's fired.

Glock Non Gun
Hotchner fires the Glock 'Non Gun' in "Psychodrama" (S02E04). Note that after the muzzle flash, the slide doesn't move and no casing is ejected.
Greenaway (Lola Glaudini) fires a Glock Non Gun at the conclusion of "Aftermath" (S02E05). Another sign that it is a non gun is the "poof" of smoke when the weapon is fired.
In "Legacy" (S02E22), the Glock fired by SSA Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) here is a Non Gun.

SIG-Sauer P228

Instead of the SIG-Sauer P226 he carried previously in Season 1, FBI Senior SSA Jason Gideon (Mandy Patinkin) appears to carry a SIG-Sauer P228 as his duty sidearm in Season 2.

Smith & Wesson 5946

Smith & Wesson Model 66

A stainless Smith & Wesson Model 66 is the sidearm of Sheriff Georgia Davis (Melissa Leo) in the episode "No Way Out" (S02E13). She is seen attempting to use it when she is accosted by an unsub in her home, but is drugged with a heavy dose of Ketamine before she can do so.
