Smith & Wesson Model 19
Karl Gunther (Klaus Kinski) keeps a Smith & Wesson Model 19 in his hotel and uses it as a suicide weapon to kill himself with luck. Lori Bancroft (Talia Balsam) is seen using it at the end of the movie to kill Gunther.
