Kate Beckett(Stana Katic) continues to carry a Glock 19 as her sidearm. Once in Season 7 she hands her sidearm to Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) to use himself.

Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) hands her Glock 19 quickly to Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) so that he can shoot an attacker in "Hollander's Woods" (S7E23).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
The Heckler & Koch USP Compact continues to be the sidearm carried by NYPD Detective Javier Esposito (Jon Huertas).

SIG-Sauer P226
Detective Kevin Ryan (Seamus Dever) continues to carry SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm.
