Unknown Sniper Rifle

In "Reckoning" (Season 7 Episode 15) Javier Esposito (Jon Huertas) takes out a killer with an unknown sniper rifle outfitted with what looks like a Parker Hale Bipod. He racks the bolt indicating that it is a bolt action, but the darkness of the scene makes it impossible to verify the exact make and model.
