Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) carries a Beretta 92FS as his sidearm throughout Season 4. Beretta 92FS's are also used as the sidearm of the Miami-Dade Police Department. Henry Darius (James Badge Dale) draws a 92FS in "Felony Flight". A security guard in "Urban Hellraisers" attempts to draw a Beretta 92FS before being shot. A Beretta is seen in a money bag held by two bank robbers in "Fade Out" (S4E14).
Beretta 92SB
A nickel plated Beretta 92SB was pulled from a suspect's vehicle in "Shattered" (S4E10).
Beretta 950 Jetfire
In "Blood in the Water" (S4E02), a murderer fires a Beretta 950 Jetfire at his victim.
Colt Combat Commander
A 9mm Colt Combat Commander was used in a robbery in "Deviant" (S4E16). Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter) tests one in the lab in the same episode.
Glock 17
In "Under Suspicion" (S4E05), Walter Resden holds members of the CSI team at gunpoint with a Glock 17. It is later seen fitted with a laser sight.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is used to hold a woman at gunpoint in "Felony Flight" (S4E07). Another is found at a crime scene in "Fade Out" (S4E14).
Heckler & Koch USP
Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) uses a Heckler & Koch USP pistol as his sidearm throughout Season 4.
SIG-Sauer Non-Gun
A SIG-Sauer non-gun is in lieu of an actual firearm many times throughout the season. In "From the Grave" (S4E01), Horatio Caine (David Caruso) shoots an attempted murderer with a SIG non gun. He holds one again in "Skeletons" (S4E15).
SIG-Sauer P226
Det. Frank Tripp (Rex Linn) carries a SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm throughout Season 4. A drug dealer pulls a P226 on a client in "Shattered" (S4E10).
SIG-Sauer P229
Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) carries a SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm throughout Season 4.
SIG-Sauer P232
In "48 Hours to Life" (S4E04), a man shoots a woman with her husband's SIG-Sauer P232.
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter) carries a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" throughout Seasons 1-4. In a continuity error, she also has this gun holstered in a brown paddle holster in Season 8, Episode 20. In Season 8's opener "Out of Time", Calleigh can be seen with it in a brown paddle holster in the flashback to her first day on the job in 1997.
Pocket Non-Gun
In "Blood in the Water" (S4E02) a small pistol is used to shoot someone. In reality, the firearm is a non-descript pocket pistol Non Gun. It is used to imitate a variety of pocket pistols, although it shares no real similarities to any.
Revolvers
Unknown Revolver
A doctor fires a revolver at a gunshot patient who forced him to operate on him in "Shattered" (S4E10).
Unknown S&W Revolver
An unknown S&W revolver was used by a bounty hunter in "Shattered" (S4E10).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Miami-Dade SWAT officers carry the Heckler & Koch MP5A2 with Navy trigger groups and SureFire dedicated forend weaponlights in several episodes.
Heckler & Koch MP5/40
The Heckler & Koch MP5/40, which uses a straight 30 round magazine, is seen in the hands of some Miami-Dade SWAT officers, notably in Season 4's premiere "From the Grave" (S4E01).
Intratec TEC-DC9
The Intratec TEC-DC9 is featured very prominently in "Urban Hellraisers" (S4E09). Thugs re-enacting a first-person shooter video game use them to commit vicious robberies of a bank and a helicopter.
MAC-10
In Season 4's premiere "From the Grave" (S4E01), a gang member emerges from a coffin firing a MAC-10.
Shotguns
Remington 870
A sawed-off Remington 870 is held by Walter Resden in "Skeletons" (S4E15).
Rifles
Colt M16A2
A prison guard is seen with a Colt M16A2 in "48 Hours to Life" (S4E04). Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter) fires one fitted with a suppressor in "Silencer" (S4E13).
Heckler & Koch HK417
The Heckler & Koch HK417 is seen in the hands of some Miami-Dade SWAT officers, notably in Season 4's premiere "From the Grave" (S4E01).
Sniper Rifles
Unknown Sniper Rifle
In "From the Grave" (S4E01), a SWAT officer finds an unknown sniper rifle in a Mala Noche van.
Other
FIM-92A Stinger
In "One of Our Own" (S4E25), a senior Mala Noche member, Antonio Riaz (Vincent Laresca), tries to use a FIM-92A Stinger to shoot down an airliner taking off from Miami International Airport though is stopped by Caine, who wounds him with a shot from his pistol just as the missile is fired, causing the missile to miss the airliner and destroy a nearby warehouse building instead.
Unknown Grenade
In "From the Grave" (S4E01), Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) finds an unknown grenade.
