Burn Notice was an American spy action series that starred Jeffrey Donovan as Michael Westen, an American spy who unexpectedly receives a "burn notice" from his superiors, indicating that he's been "blacklisted" from doing any spy work for the government.  Because of the burn notice, Michael finds that his reputation and his finances are ruined and the government has confined him to the city of Miami.  While in Miami, he finds that only people he can turn to are Fiona Glenanne (Gabrielle Anwar), his former girlfriend and gundealer, Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell), a friend and former Navy SEAL,  his mother Madeline (Sharon Gless) and beginning in Season 4, Jesse Porter (Coby Bell), a counterintelligence agent who was inadvertently burned by Michael. As Michael finds the clues to why he was "burned" and who was behind it, he finds himself helping others in need throughout the city. Created by Matt Nix (The Good Guys),  Burn Notice aired in the US for seven seasons on the USA Network from 2006 to 2013 and would also spawn a 2011 television movie prequel that starred Bruce Campbell and was directed by Jeffrey Donovan.

:The M-1A is a Springfield Armory weapon designed for civilian use, because of this the rifle is much more likely to be the M-1A since it is a Civy version. It is NOT an EBR (Enhanced Battle Rifle)the barrel is to long to be the EBR, which was designed for DMR as well as CQB. It is more likely the  EMR (Enhanced Marksmen Rifle) which has a longer barrel.:

This rifle was first seen in the episode "Family Buisness" which focuses on gunrunners. During a discussion with one of the gunrunners Michael specifically refers to it as a modified M1A. at the end of the episode when Sam is seen disposing of the weapons it is not a stretch to assume he kept some of them for their use, explaining where Fiona got the rifle.

Walther PPS
In the episode "Bad Breaks", some of the bank robbers use Walther PPS pistols with suppressors attached.  Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) is able to acquire one of these guns from a robber after sedating him with medicine from a first-aid kit; however, as the robber goes down, he struggles with Michael and empties all but one of the rounds from the magazine, leaving Michael with no other choice but to find another way to incapacitate or eliminate the rest of the robbers.

Glock 17
In the episode "Bad Breaks", lead robber Prescott (Mark Sheppard) uses a Glock 17 pistol with a silver (possibly hard-chromed) slide and a suppressor attached.  He threatens several hostages with the gun and shoots FBI Agent Jason Bly (Alex Carter) in the arm with it at one point.  When Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) begins secretly tampering with the robbers' equipment and causing accidents, he causes one of the robbers to wound himself as he operates an air-powered drill.  When Prescott orders him to treat his downed comrade (Michael had previously chosen to pose as a doctor, using past combat first-aid experience), he distracts Prescott long enough to take his Glock and spray liquid nitrogen down the barrel and suppressor.  Prescott then tries to kill Bly with the gun shortly thereafter, only to have the gun explode in his hand and wound him.

M4A1 Carbine
Midway through Season 2, Fiona Glennanne (Gabrielle Anwar) is seen retrieving an M4A1 Carbine from the house of a gun-running friend.  The M4A1 has been modified with an RIS-style foregrip, a vertical foregrip, a AN/PEQ-2 IR designator system and a red-dot sight.  She is seen wielding it in a few episodes, but so far has not used the weapon.
