Broken Arrow (1996)
Broken Arrow is a 1996 action/thriller directed by John Woo and starring John Travolta as USAF stealth bomber pilot Vic Deakins who, with the help of a group of well-financed mercenaries, steals the two hydrogen bombs he is flying. Christian Slater plays Riley Hale, his co-pilot, who survives the hijacking and teams up with a lone park ranger Terry Carmichael (Samantha Mathis) to chase after Deakins and recover the bombs before they are used against a major city.
The following weapons appear in the movie:
Suppressed pistol
One of Deakins' mercs uses an unidentified pistol fitted with suppressor to murder a man and a woman who are camping out. "Area secure." he deadpans into his radio.
Beretta Inox
Deakins uses a Beretta Inox to try to kill Hale before he hijacks the stealth bomber. Hale sees Deakins in the reflection of the window drawing the gun and is able to grab the gun, but after a short struggle Deakins ejects Hale, drops the two bombs so they can be recovered by his team and then ejects himself as the plane crashes into a mountain.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The USAF Search and Recovery team that arrive at the crash site are carrying H&K MP5A3s. When they track down the missing nukes to a canyon, they are ambushed by Deakins' men, who have the higher ground and superior weaponry, and are wiped out.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
When she goes to arrest Hale for the crime of landing by parachute in a national park, Carmichael uses a 4" barreled Smith & Wesson Model 66 with Hogue grips. Hale manages to take the gun from her, but hands it back to prove he's on her side. When they are attacked by a Huey gunship, Hale asks Carmichael for her spare ammunition and uses the gun to shoot the helicopter pilot, causing the machine to crash.Hale uses the weapon again during the Humvee chase, but Deakins windshield is buletproof. During the chase through the copper mine, Hale uses the gun Akimbo-style with a SIG P220 he took off the Humvee driver.
Beretta M9
Chief Sam Rhodes (Vondie Curtis-Hall) uses a standard-issue Beretta M9 handgun during the canyon shootout. He is then shot point-blank by one of his own men, Kelly (Howie Long), also with a Beretta M9.
M16A2 with M203 grenade launcher
Colonel Max Wilkins (Delroy Lindo) uses a M16A2 with underslung M203 grenade launcher during the helicopter assault on Deakins' train. He shoots one bad guy with a burst of rifle fire, but doesn't use the launcher.
IIRC, this was actually an M4 or M4A1 with the M203 mounted underneath. Hale (Christian Slater) also uses this weapon at the opening of the train finale before passing it off to Wilkins.
Beretta M93R
Deakins uses a Beretta M93R during the train shootout towards the end of the film.
