Gereon Rath (Volker Bruch) uses a Dreyse Model 1907 as his personal sidearm during the series. Wilhelm Böhm (Godehard Giese) is also seen with one of them.
Roth-Steyr M1907
The Phantom killer is very briefly seen with a Roth-Steyr M1907 pistol in Episode 18. It is correctly identified as a "Roth-Steyr" in the next Episode.
