A sawed off Winchester Model 1887 is the main shotgun used by Dean (Jensen Ackles).

Although the Winchester is visible laying on top of the bag that the brothers take to the past in "Frontierland" (S06E18), they apparently do not actually take it as it does not appear again in the episode.

Ben Braeden (Nicholas Elia) uses the Model 1887 in "Let It Bleed" (S06E21).

Side by Side Sawed Off Shotgun

A Side by Side Sawed Off Shotgun is used by the brothers on several occasions.

Dean (Jensen Ackles) keeps a sawed off shotgun under his bed in "Exile on Main Street" (S06E01).

Ben Braeden (Nicholas Elia) later finds the shotgun and is found playing with it.

A sawed off shotgun can be seen in "Mommy Dearest" (S06E19) loaded with phoenix ash to kill Eve. Although nobody is seen actually using it, we can surmise that it is carried by Castiel (Misha Collins) as the other 3 shotguns shown are the regular shotguns used by Dean, Sam and Bobby, and Castiel has used this sawed off shotgun in past episodes.

Ithaca 37 (Sawed Off)

A sawed off Ithaca 37 is the main shotgun used by Sam (Jared Padalecki) after he has gotten his soul back.

The first episode where Sam can be seen using his Ithaca again is "Mommy Dearest" (S06E19).

"The Man Who Would Be King" (S06E20)

A custom Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" with a chrome finish on the barrel and magazine tube and an MP5K style pump is used by Gwen Campbell (Jessica Heafey).

Remington Model 870 (Wood Furniture)

Samuel Campbell (Mitch Pileggi) uses a Remington Model 870 with wood furniture.

A Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip, extended magazine tube and Surefire fore-end light can be seen in the trunk of the Impala. It is only ever used as a prop to keep the lid of the weapons compartment open.

Mossberg 500 (Custom)

A custom sawed off Mossberg 500 with a heatshield, muzzle device and vertical grip pump is used by several characters.

Visible in this shot is the Mossberg style safety catch. Also note the wear pattern with a hole or stud in the center on the left side of the gun which suggest that in a previous production it was attached to some sort of rotating mount or carry rig.

Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) uses a sawed off Over and Under Shotgun in several episodes.

A Winchester Model 1300 with a pistol grip is used by Sam (Jared Padalecki) in "Clap Your Hands If You Believe" (S06E09).

The angel Virgil (Carlos Sanz) uses a Maverick Model 88 after being transported to our mundane reality and loosing his powers in "The French Mistake" (S06E15).

Remington Model 870 Field Gun (Sawed Off)

Ellen Harvelle (Samantha Ferris) uses a sawed off Remington Model 870 Field Gun in the alternate timeline episode "My Heart Will Go On" (S06E17).

A Heckler & Koch HK91A2 fitted with a telescopic sight, cheek riser, flash hider, bipod and 10 round magazine is used by Dean (Jensen Ackles) in "All Dogs Go to Heaven" (S06E08).

Dean opens the case to reveal the HK91A2. Where this huge rifle case normally lives inside the Impala is never explained.

A pair of Rossi Model 62 SA pump action .22 rifles can be seen in the gun store in "The French Mistake" (S06E15).

The rifles are visible on the rack, 4th and 5th from the right. They can be distinguished from original Winchester Model 62 rifles by the fact that they have 16 grooves on the pump rather than 17.
