A pair of engraved Thompson Center Arms Encore pistols are used by Wick (Keanu Reeves) and Caine (Donnie Yen) in a duel, and are also wielded by Winston (Ian McShane) and the Marquis (Bill Skarsgård). The rounds they are used with appear to be custom nickel plated or silver-cast 44 Magnum cartridges.

Caine (Donnie Yen) uses a custom SIG-Sauer P365 SAS (evidenced by the lack of sights) with a barrel weight/compensator that resembles the Strike Industries Mass Driver as his sidearm.

Its muzzle device is a SilencerCo ASR 3-port muzzle brake and he attaches a suppressor to the rifle at multiple points in the film.
