Beretta 92FS Inox
Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) is seen carying a Beretta 92FS Inox while in a confrontation with his father. A Morgan Edge's thug uses a Beretta Inox in the same episode. Helen Bryce (Emmanuelle Vaugier) pulls a Beretta Inox on Lex. In "Shattered" (S3E08), a Edge's assistant uses the Beretta to threaten Lex. In the same episode, a assassin uses an Beretta Inox fitted with a suppressor and a laser sight to try to kill Lex.
Beretta 92FS
One of Lionel Luthor's assistants carries a Beretta 92FS in "Legacy" (S3E17).
Colt M1911A1
Jonah Doyle (Linden Banks) can be seen carrying a nickel plated M1911A1 in "Truth" (S3E18).
CZ 75B
A bank robber pulls what appears to be a stainless steel finish CZ 75B as his personal weapon in "Exile" (S3E01). This pistol later is seen in the hands of Morgan Edge (Rutger Hauer) in "Phoenix" (S3E02). After his plastic surgery, Morgan (now portrayed by Patrick Bergin) carries the pistol in "Shattered" (S3E08).
Jericho 941
In "Shattered" (S3E08), Lex Luthor takes a Jericho 941 from a agent and uses it to confront Lionel. In the same episode. Lex fires the Jericho.
Ruger P89
One of Lionel Luthor's assistants carries a Ruger P89 in "Legacy" (S3E17).
SIG-Sauer P226
One of a thug used a SIG-Sauer P226 to threaten at Jonatha Kent in "Phoenix" (S3E02).
Smith & Wesson 4006
One of Lionel´s guard uses a Smith & Wesson 4006 during the shootout in "Phoenix" (S3E02).
Smith & Wesson 5906
In "Crisis" (S3E16), Lionel Luthor pulls a Smith & Wesson 5906 and contemplates committing suicide after reviewing his medical records.

Smith & Wesson Model 60
In "Relic" (S3E06), Lachlan Luthor (John Mann) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 60 to try to kill Jor-El.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
In "Relic" (S3E06), William Tate (William B. Davis) tries to shoot himself with a Smith & Wesson Model 686, but Clark stops him.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36C
In "Extinction" (S3E03), what appears to be a Heckler & Koch G36C with a modified scope and laser sight is used by Van McNulty (Jesse Metcalf).
Remington Model 750
In "Crisis" (S3E16), Jonathan Kent (John Schneider) briefly uses a Remington Model 750 to protect Lana, but Adam Knight (Ian Somerhalder) knocks him out and takes the rifle. Near the end of "Crisis", Adam fires the Remington.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In "Exile" (S3E010), Metropolis SWAT officers are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns fitted with Surefire forearms.
Timecop Custom Assault Pistol
A custom machine pistol is carried by a bank robber in "Exile" (S3E01). In "Phoenix" (S3E02), one of Morgan Edge's assistants fires this gun during a shootout. This full-auto SMG was prominently featured in the 1994 film Timecop, and subsequently previously appeared in many other movies and TV shows filmed in British Columbia in addition to Smallville, including the first season of The X-Files, M.A.N.T.I.S., and Viper.
Custom SMG
In "Exile" (S3E01), one of Morgan's henchmen is seen carrying what appears to be a customized SMG when him opens fire on Clark. The pistol grip was replaced with a FN FAL grip and an additional 'notch' was cut into the receiver tube to hold the bolt, since it had been converted into an open bolt select fire weapon. Like the Custom Assault Pistol wielded by the other bank robber, this weapon has been featured in several productions filmed in British Columbia, notably as the Cylon Pistol in the 2007 television films Battlestar Galactica: Razor and Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome.
Shotguns
Remington Model 870
In "Relic" (S3E06), Clark Kent uses a Remington Model 870 to receive a flashback. In 1961, Hiram Kent (Dean Wray) is seen holding his Remington 870. Later, Jor-El (Tom Welling) takes the shotgun. Jonatha Kent uses what appears to be a Remington Model 870 in "Legacy" (S3E17).
