M1928 Thompson
Major Wright (Telly Savalas) and several other American soldiers (the MP's at the prison in particular) wield M1928 Thompsons.

The majority of the American soldiers and Yugoslavian resistance members use M3 "Grease Guns".
M3 "Grease Gun" .45 ACP. The later model M3A1 would eliminate the crank lever for cocking the bolt, and instead used a simple hole in the bolt for the shooter to use their finger.
M1911A1
Major Wright uses an M1911A1 pistol in one scene, as does an Army captain during Hamilton's attempted escape.
