Glock 23
Air Marshal Carson (Peter Sarsgaard) carries a Glock 23 2nd Generation as his sidearm while on the main flight. He is seen giving it to Captain Rich (Sean Bean) before he and the rest of the crew debark the plane.

Capt. Bean holds the pistol. Note that here the pistol appears to be a compact sized Glock.
Note the .40 caliber bore diameter, indicating the pistol is the Model 23.
Colt Mustang
US Air Marshal Carson (Peter Sarsgaard) also keeps a Colt Mustang in his ankle holster.
