Pistols
SIG-Sauer P226R
In his new cover identity as an NYPD detective, John Reese (Jim Caviezel) is seen carrying his SIG-Sauer P226R in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). He isn't seen using the pistol again until "Pretenders" (S4E06).
SIG-Sauer P229R
In a continuity error, Root appears to pull out a SIG-Sauer P229R alongside a Smith & Wesson 3914 from behind her back near the end of "Prophets" (S4E05). The pistol later turns into a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield. Several of the Samaritan operatives are armed with the pistol in the episode.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 continues to be carried by the majority of the NYPD officers in the series. Root appears to use the pistol in "Wingman" (S4E03). A disgrunted man uses a Glock 19 seized from a NYPD officer he gunned down in "Prophets".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 appears to be the handgun carried by Reese, now in his cover identity as an NYPD detective beginning in "Wingman" (S4E03). It also appears that Det. Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) also carries this pistol. In reality, the Glock 19 is the only Glock approved for onduty carry by NYPD officers. Sometimes, Reese's Glock clicks empty after firing less than 12 rounds.
Glock 26
Reese is seen holding a Glock 26 and tossing it to a suspect in "Prophets" (S4E05).
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continues to carry a Heckler & Koch USP Compact as her weapon of choice.
Jericho 941RPL
A Jericho 941 RPL is used by members of the Brotherhood in "Brotherhood" (S4E04). The style of the rear sight indicates it is a current production model.
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield
A mysterious woman (Cara Buono) appears to pull a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield on a reporter in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). Claire Mahoney (Quinn Shephard) draws out a similar Smith & Wesson M&P Shield pistol in "Nautilus" (S4E02). This pistol also appears to be one of the guns used by Root in "Prophets" (S4E05).
Smith & Wesson 3914
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson 3914 is seen wielded by Root in "Prophets" (S4E05).
Walther P88 Compact (Replica)
In "Wingman" (S4E03), Janis (Jamie Jackson) pulls what appears to be a stainless Walther P88 Compact on Harold. Upon closer inspection, this appears to be a Umarex blank replica. The pistol later is seen in the hands of Root (Amy Acker).
Walther P99
The Walther P99 is the weapon of choice for Martine (Cara Buono) in "Prophets" (S4E05).
Walther PPK
A stainless Walther PPK is another of the many pistols seen wielded by Root in "Prophets" (S4E05).

One of the Latvian mobsters appears to be armed with the CZ Vz. 61 E Skorpion in "Wingman" (S4E03).

Assault Rifles
Norinco Type 56
The Norinco Type 56 is frequently seen in the hands of Brotherhood gangsters working under Link in "Panopticon" (S4E01). Reese later uses the rifle after disarming a gang member of his weapon. Rifles are seen in the hands of Brotherhood members again in "Brotherhood" (S4E04). The rifles are also used by both Reese and Fusco in the episode.
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 is held by Silverpool contractor in "Nautilus" (S4E02).
FN SCAR-L
A FN SCAR-L with a loaded Magpul magazine, EOTech sight and tactical light is seen in the arsenal of the Latvian mob near the end of "Wingman" (S4E03).
Heckler & Koch G36

Sniper Rifles
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
Shaw uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish with a mounted suppressor to assist Reese in saving a hostage near the end of "Panopticon" (S4E01).
Remington 700PSS
What appears to be a Remington 700PSS is used by a Silverpool contractor to assassinate Claire near the end of "Nautilus" (S4E02).
Barrett XM109
The Barrett XM109 is featured throughout "Pretenders" (S4E06) as members of the Brotherhood are seen illegally importing the sniper rifles into New York City. Both John and Shaw specifically identify the weapon as a "Barrett XM109" and the rifle is seen loaded with HE rounds. Later in the episode, Elias' right hand man Anthony S. Marconi (David Valcin), aka "Scarface" is seen using the rifle during the shootout with the Brotherhood.
Grenade Launchers
CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher
Reese uses a multi-shot grenade launcher loaded with flashbang rounds during a raid on a Brotherhood hideout in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). Close examination reveals that it is not actually a real grenade launcher, but rather a CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher airsoft launcher. It has been modified with an adapter to allow it to fit and AR-15 stock, and mounts a red dot sight and vertical grip.
