Vladimir Anatolyevich Fyodorov (born February 19, 1939) is a Soviet and Russian actor. He has a small stature - 130 cm (4 ft 3 inch) and often appears in roles of fantasy and sc-fi characters, best known as sorcerer Chernomor in Ruslan and Lyudmila (1972) and dictator Turanchoks in Cherez ternii k zvyozdam (1981).
