The Gendarme and the Gendarmettes (original title Le gendarme et les gendarmettes) is a 1982 French comedy directed by Jean Girault and Tony Aboyantz and starring Louis de Funès as Ludovic Cruchot, the sergeant of French gendarmerie. This is the sixth and the last movie about the adventures of Cruchot, started by The Gendarme of St. Tropez. It is also the final film for both Jean Girault and Louis de Funès.
The following weapons were used in the film The Gendarme and the Gendarmettes:
SACM M1935A
Most henchmen of "The Brain" (Jean-Louis Richard), the chief of a spy ring, carry SACM M1935A pistols. In the final scene Christine Roncourt (Catherine Serre) is seen with a pistol, taken from a henchman.
Arminius HW-3
One of "The Brain"'s henchmen carries a revolver that is supposedly an Arminius HW-3 due to the shape of the grip.
Unidentified revolver
One more henchman carries an unidenified revolver.
Unidentified pistol
While most gendarmes carry empty holsters, a grip of some pistol can be seen in Adjudant Gerber's (Michel Galabru) holster.
MAT-49
In the final scene Adjudant Gerber (Michel Galabru) and gendarmes Perlin (Patrick Préjean), Beaupied (Maurice Risch, Berlicot (Michel Modo) and Tricard (Guy Grosso) carry MAT-49 submachine guns.
