Saw X is a 2023 American crime thriller film directed by Kevin Greutert and written by Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger. It is the tenth installment in the Saw franchise and serves as a interquel to Saw and Saw II. The film stars Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith, Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, Octavio Hinojosa, Renata Vaca, and Paulette Hernandez.
After a medical examination, John Kramer learns that he has only a few months to live. Hearing about Dr. Finn Pederson's experimental treatment, John goes to Mexico for the operation. However, it is soon discovered that it was a scam and the newly doomed Jigsaw tracks down all his dishonest doctors and starts a new game. The movie will be released in the United States on September 29, 2023, by Lionsgate.

Jigsaw wires two pipe bombs into Diego Cortez's (Joshua Okamoto) hands with a three-minute timer, forcing him to pass a test where he has to cut a piece of skin around the galvanized cable with a knife to free himself. Diego succeeds and throws both bombs aside, after which they explode.
