There is a damn confusion with these two, even in Italian sources. Nevertheless, the variant with one large button on the right is the M38/57, which must be clamped in order for the gun to fire. --[[User:Slon95|Slon95]] ([[User talk:Slon95|talk]]) 14:24, 17 July 2021 (EDT)

Fire Modes?

I just noticed that the fire modes on this page is listed as "Fire Modes: ??", so does that mean that nobody here actually knows what fire modes this SMG was capable of? I assumed it was just a full-auto fixed fire mode, but then I noticed the weapons strange double-trigger system, similar to that seen on a Double Barreled shotgun of all things :\ What is the purpose of this trigger? It is a two-stage trigger as sort of a manual fire selection system, allowing you to pull the trigger a shorter distance for semi auto, and the full pull-back for full auto fire? Or perhaps its two separate triggers, the back one controlling semi-auto fire, and the front one for full auto perhaps? I have no clue if any of that would make sense or work, but its my best guess considering the lack of information on the site of its workings >.< ---ChrisJ- CONTRIBUTIONS 07:09, 22 September 2012 (EDT)
