Bruni Magnum
In one scene in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5) Inspector Fabre (Patrick Guillemin) holds a Bruni Magnum revolver. It can be identified due to plain wooden grips without Colt logo. In "Nestor Burma court la poupée" (S3E4) Fabre is seen with a revolver that appears to be the same gun.
Colt Detective Special 3rd Gen.
A Colt Detective Special 3rd Gen. is seen in hands of a police detective in the final scene in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5). A similar looking revolver is seen in hands of Dr. Bluvette (Sady Rebbot) in "Nestor Burma et le Monstre" (S3E6).
Smith & Wesson Model 36
A Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver is used by Jacqueline Dastiex (Anny Romand) in several scenes in "L'Homme au sang bleu" (S3E1).
Unidentified revolver 1
A 5-shot snub nose revolver is a murder weapon in "L'Homme au sang bleu" (S3E1). It resembles Smith & Wesson Model 36 but the socket of the ejector rod is positioned farther from the muzzle and the front sight has more angular shape.
Unidentified revolver 2
In the final scene in "L'Homme au sang bleu" (S3E1) Commissioneer Florimond Faroux (Pierre Tornade) is seen with a revolver.
Unidentified revolver 3
Zavatter (Michel Fortin) carries a snub nose revolver in "Boulevard... ossements" (S3E2) and in "Nestor Burma court la poupée" (S3E4).
Unidentified revolver 4
In "Les Eaux troubles de Javel" (S3E3) one of Floquey's henchmen carries a snub nose revolver.

In "Les Eaux troubles de Javel" (S3E3) Julien Floquey (Hubert Saint-Macary) uses a snub nose revolver in one scene.

Charles Baurenot (Jean-Claude Dreyfus) uses a revolver in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5).

A revolver is seen in hands of a police detective in the final scene in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5).
Pistols
Smith & Wesson 459
Nestor Burma (Guy Marchand) continues to use a Smith & Wesson 459 pistol in Season 3. In "Nestor Burma et le Monstre" (S3E6) Burma's pistol is seen in hands of Ondine Bluvette (Emma Colberti).
Rhöner SM 15
In one scene in "Boulevard... ossements" (S3E2) Ivan Gorsky (Jan Madd) gives a pocket pistol to mesmerised Zavatter (Michel Fortin). The pistol appears to be a Rhöner SM 15, a German blank- and gas-firing gun.
Unidentified pistol 1
In the final scene in "L'Homme au sang bleu" (S3E1) Violette Perron-Latour (Catherine Alcover) draws a pocket pistol.
Unidentified pistol 2
In one scene in "Les Eaux troubles de Javel" (S3E3) a pistol is very briefly seen in hands of Inspector Fabre (Patrick Guillemin).
Shotguns
High Standard Flite King
A pump action shotgun is seen in hands of a police detective in the final scene in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5). It appears to be a High Standard Flite King.
Mossberg 500
A Mossberg 500 pump action shotgun with extended magazine tube is seen in hands of a police detective in the final scene in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5).
Rifles
M1896 Swedish Mauser
A M1896 Swedish Mauser rifle is used by a circus magician (uncredited) in "Boulevard... ossements" (S3E2). The magican calls it "Mauser Model 1914" but the gun looks most like an M96/38.
Berthier Mle 1916 Carbine
A Berthier Mle 1916 carbine is seen in a flashback scene of May 1968 civil unrest in Paris in "Brouillard au pont de Tolbiac" (S3E5).
