Kandahar (Russian Title: Кандагар) is a 2010 Russian film directed by Andrei Kavun (Piranha (Okhota na piranyu)). Five pilots of the Russian cargo plane were captured in Kandahar (Afghanistan) by the Taliban. After being in captivity for over a year they make an attempt to escape. Film based on actual events.
