The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the original Hawaii Five-0:
Handguns
Smith & Wesson Model 36
The main sidearm of the Five-O detectives is Smith & Wesson Model 36. Those who carry the handgun include Steve McGarrett (Jack Lord) and Danny "Danno" Williams (James MacArthur) and Kono (Zulu). McGarrett's Model 36 is carried in a shoulder rig and sports custom wood grips. Criminals and suspects are also frequently seen using the S&W 36.

The Smith & Wesson Model 10, also known as the Military & Police (M&P) and the "Police Special", is seen in the hands of many HPD officers and suspects in the series.

Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket (nickel)
The Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket is another frequently used weapon in the series. A nickel plated version is used byMadge (Madlyn Rhue) holds the pistol in "The Payoff" (S3E13).

A Luger P08 fitted with a suppressor is used in in "Ten Thousand Diamonds and a Heart" (S3E16).

A Mauser C96 is used as a sniper weapon in "The Second Shot" (S3E03). McGarrett is later seen with the weapon.

M1 Carbine
Different variants of the M1 Carbine are seen used in the series. A scoped version is seen used in the Season 3 premiere "And a Time to Die..." (S3E01).
Shotguns
Remington 870
The Remington 870 is a shotgun frequently used by HPD officers in the series.
12 Gauge Double-Barreled Coach Shotgun
In "The Double Wall" (S3E14), a Coach double-barreled shotgun is taken by Harry Kellem (Monte Markham) who holds a doctor hostage with it.
