When the Coast Guard sweeps the yacht outside the hotel they are armed with M16A2s.
Glock 17
Glock 17s are carried by Coast Guard and a Secret Service agent.
FGM-148 Javelin

Beretta 92FS
The hitman sent to kill Lisa Reisert's (Rachel McAdams) father was armed with a sound suppressed Beretta 92FS and fires at the windshield of Lisa's SUV before being run over. Lisa's father, Joe Reisert (Brian Cox) later picks it up and uses it to shoot Jack Rippener (Cillian Murphy).
