The Golden Eshelon (Zolotoy eshelon) is a Soviet 1959 B&W adventure movie directed by Ilya Gurin. The story is set in Siberia during the Russian civil war. The White government of Admiral Aleksandr Kolchak control the large part of the gold reserve of Russian Empire. The gold is transported in a train, and Red partisans plan to intercept it.
The following weapons were used in the film The Golden Eshelon (Zolotoy eshelon):
Revolvers
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are used by White Army officers, including Rotmistr (Capt.) Cheremisov (Mikhail Kozakov), the chief of guards of gold train. Bolshevik Nikanor Ivanovich (Stepan Krylov), the locomotive driver of the train, also uses a Nagant. All revolvers are of anachronistic post-1930 version.
Pistols
FN Model 1900
During the capture of the train one of the Red commanders, Hungarian revolutionary Istvan (Harijs Liepins), is disguised as a White Army colonel and holds an FN Model 1900, taken from real Col. Kir Semitsvetov (Viktor Koltsov). Later Andrey Nizovtsev (Vasiliy Shukshin) returns the pistol to Semitsvetov.
FN Model 1910
Commissar Andrey Nizovtsev (Vasiliy Shukshin) carries an FN Model 1910 pistol throughout the movie.
Mauser C96
Some Red partisans, including Aleksey Bylinkin (Pavel Usovnichenko), are armed with Mauser C96 pistols.
Mauser C96 "Bolo"
What appears to be a Mauser C96 "Bolo" is briefly seen in hands of a Red partisan.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles, standing for original M91s, are used by both Reds and Whites.
Pattern 1914 Enfield
Many Red partisans, including Lipat Korneevich (Arkadi Trusov), Stepan Krutikov (Aleksandr Tolstykh), Chernykh (Anatoli Yushko) and Lee Chan (Xu Xiao-Zhong), are armed with Pattern 1914 Enfield rifles. P14s are also seen in hands of White soldiers.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
A partisan carries a Double Barreled Shotgun.
Machine Guns
Maxim M1910/30
Maxim M1910/30 machine guns are used by Reds and Whites.
Hotchkiss M1914
A machine gun with long thin barrel is seen mounted on White Army armoured train Knyaz Pozharsky. It is most likely Hotchkiss M1914.
Other Weapons
