WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
The slide and barrel of a Beretta 92FS pistol stick out of an ammunition box located in the destroyed survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
Colt M1911A1
The Colt M1911A1 lies on the table in the survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01). What appears to be an M1911A1 is also seen on the cover of the gun magazine that XBOT 4000 (voiced by Gary Anthony Williams) picks up from a corpse.
In "Bad Travelling" (S3E02), Torrin (voiced by Troy Baker) receives the key to the weapon box from Thanapod and runs after what appears to be a Colt 1862 Navy revolver before the ship's crew attacks him. After this incident, he constantly carries a gun with him, not trusting his people. After voting, he executes Melis and his brother Calis (both voiced by Anthony Mark Barrow) with one shot, who made the wrong choice. Later aims at another member of the ship, who was trying to commit an assassination. At night, Torrin, having outwitted the team, kills everyone after the failed assassination attempt. Left alone on the ship one on one with the sea monster, he decides to burn the ship along with the crab by firing a revolver at barrels of jable shark oil.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen in the gun magazine that XBOT 4000 reads in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01). All U.S. MARSOC Marines of the Delta Zero Three squad carry 4th Generation Glock 17 pistols with tan-colored frames with Trijicon RMR sights in Safariland 6354DO ALS leg holsters in "In Vaulted Halls Entombed" (S3E08). When Coulthard's rifle runs out of ammo, he pulls out his pistol and continues shooting at the rolling monsters. After escaping from the monsters, Harper draws her Glock 17 after her rifle runs out of ammo, and then she uses the pistol.
SIG-Sauer P320
Private Erwin (voiced by Andrew Kishino) and Sergeant Nielson (voiced by Gabriel Luna) carry what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P320 in "Kill Team Kill" (S3E05).
SIG-Sauer P320 Compact
At least 3 SIG-Sauer P320 Compact pistols lie in the survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
Single Action Army
Two Single Action Army revolvers are depicted on a poster in the survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
Smith & Wesson Schofield
Two of the dead survivalists in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01) have hats with Smith & Wesson Schofield revolvers on them, specifically the shorter-barreled "Wells Fargo" variant.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
The Heckler & Koch MP5A5 is seen on the wall in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01). An MP5 cut in two lies at the site of the massacre in Camp Eisenhower in "Kill Team Kill" (S3E05).
Rifles
AK Rifle
The AK rifle is depicted on the back of a T-shirt on a dead camper in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01). The insurgent group that took Anderson hostage are seen partially armed with AK rifles in "In Vaulted Halls Entombed" (S3E08). When the Marines squad finds several dead bodies in the cave, they also find an AK next to one of the victims. In the temple, two surviving rebels with guns run away from hostile creatures until Coulthard kills them.
Colt Model 933
The Colt Model 933 fitted with a Daniel Defense MK18 RIS II and tan buttstock (similar to the one seen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)) is seen on the wall in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
Colt M4A1
The M4A1 is taped to the wall in the camp bathroom in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
M4A1 Block II
All U.S. MARSOC Marines from the Delta Zero Three squad, namely Sergeant Coulthard (voiced by Joe Manganiello), Harper (voiced by Christian Serratos), Spencer (voiced by Jai Courtney), Beaumont (voiced by Noshir Dalal), Dilman (voiced by Stanton Lee), and Gladstone (voiced by Jeff Schine), are armed with M4A1 Block II carbines with EOTech XPS sights with magnifiers, Trijicon RMR red dot sights canted at 45 degrees, suppressors, flashlights, AN/PEQ-15 tactical lasers, QD slings, Magpul P-MAG magazines, Magpul pistol grips, Magpul MOE stocks and various tactical grips in "In Vaulted Halls Entombed" (S3E08).
Mk 14 Mod 0 EBR

Tiny guns
Many law enforcement and military forces, as well as the survivors, use various tiny weapons in "Night of the Mini-Dead" (S3E04).
Unknown Rifle
The unknown rifle hangs on the wall in the survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
What appears to be a Double Barreled Shotgun hangs on the wall in the survivors' camp in "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" (S3E01).

During the final battle, Mason destroys an allied anti-pest robot to save the rats. Mason’s shotgun appears to be a combination of the Chiappa Triple Threat with it’s triple barrels and the M30 Luftwaffe Drilling in visual of the barrel placement and firing mechanism.

Sergeant Nielson (voiced by Gabriel Luna) is also armed with a similar gun but with an underbarreled grenade launcher. Another machine gun is seen sticking out of a dead body in Camp Eisenhower. After joining Nielson's group, Sergeant Morris (voiced by Joel McHale) is armed with a machine gun.
Missile Launchers
M72 LAW
In "Kill Team Kill" (S3E05), the remaining soldiers find several M72 LAW missile launchers in Camp Eisenhower armory, which they later use in the final battle with the cyber grizzly.

At the end of the episode, Coulthard is about to break the chains holding the age-old evil god with a grenade, but Harper stops him.

However, the pests quickly destroy all of them, forcing the farmer to purchase an improved version. When a technician arrives to pick up the remains of the turrets, it turns out that one of them is missing. In the final battle between the rats and the robot, they use a broken turret mounted on some kind of tracked vehicle.
TT-15 Scorpion Robot
After an unsuccessful attempt to get rid of the rats, Mason buys an improved version in the form of a scorpion with a laser minigun in the stinger. This version proves to be far more effective, killing dozens of rats with extreme brutality. When Mason sees such a bloodthirsty robot, he saves rats by shooting TT15.
