The following weapons appear in Season 44 of the television series Alarm für Cobra 11:
Pistols
Heckler & Koch P30
The Heckler & Koch P30 is the official sidearm for the police in this season. It's used by Paul Renner (Daniel Roesner), Jenny Dorn (Katrin Heß), Dana Gerkhan (Gizem Emre), Finn Bartels (Lion Wasczyk) and many other police officers.
Walther P88C
As usual, Semir Gerkhan (Erdogan Atalay) uses a Walther P88C as his service pistol.
Glock 17
Through the episode "Most Wanted" the FBI agents are armed with Glock 17s. Later they lend the same models to Semir and Paul (In some of the scenes they apparently used airsoft replicas)
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Jenny Dorn (Katrin Heß) carries a Heckler & Koch USP Compact in episode "Most Wanted".
Walther P99
In "Most Wanted" the hungarian police officers are equipped with Walther P99. Later two of them were taken by Semir and Paul. In a scene David Bartók appears with a P99 instead of his PPQ due to an error.
Grand Power P1
David Bartók (Max Befort) used the Grand Power P1 in "Most Wanted".

The FBI used Heckler & Koch MP5A3 for deployments in "Most Wanted". They were equipped with holographic sight, green laser pointer and fore-grip.
Brügger & Thomet MP9
The MP9 can be seen on a desk in David's hideout.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch HK416
According to the weapon specialist in the making of special of "Most Wanted", the criminals supporting David Bartók are using HK416.
