Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is carried by security guards on Game Station as their primary sidearm, seen in "Bad Wolf" (S01E12). Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) is later seen using one in his last stand against the Daleks in "The Parting of the Ways" (S01E13).
SIG P226
The SIG P226 is briefly seen being used by civilian GeoComTex employees in "Dalek" (SO1E06) in their armed stand against the Dalek.
