Flatfoot (original title Piedone lo sbirro, "The Bigfoot Cop"), also released as The Knock Out Cop is a 1973 Italian crime comedy directed by Steno. Bud Spencer appears as Naples police Commissioner Rizzo, known as "Flatfoot". This hard cop doesn't need a gun, he solves all problems using his fists. The first film about the adventures of "Flatfoot" and his permanent partner Sgt. Caputo (Enzo Cannavale) was followed by three sequels: Flatfoot in Hong Kong (1975), Flatfoot in Africa (1978), and Flatfoot in Egypt (1980).
