The following guns were used in the film The Boondock Saints:

The Boondock Saints (1999)

Beretta 92FS

Connor (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy (Norman Reedus) McManus use pairs of sound suppressed Beretta 92FS pistols when killing various criminals in the film. They also give David Della Rocco (David Della Rocco) a pair of Berettas when they recruit him to their team.

Beretta 92FS - 9mm.
Connor takes a pair of suppressed Beretta 92FS pistols from of a rack in the weapons dealer's armory.
Connor and Murphy fall through the air ducts and hang upside down by Murphy's "fuckin' rope". They then manage to accurately dispatch eight of the men in the room with their Berettas.
"And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be."
"In nomine Patri, et Fili, Spiritus Sancti."
Murphy drunkenly re-enacts how they hung from the vents.
Roc slams his hands down on the table which somehow causes one of the Berettas to go off and kill his girlfriend's cat.
Roc holding a Beretta on a stripper in the Sin Bin.
The brothers kill a man in the private booth with a barrage from their Berettas.
The brothers give their Berettas to Roc who uses them to kill the other two criminals in private booths.
"Wyatt FUCKIN' Earp!"
Il Duce with two suppressed Berettas.
The brothers prepare to execute Papa Joe Yakavetta (Carlo Rota).

Close up of the Beretta in Murphy's hand. The tattoo on his hand is Latin for "Justice" or "Equity".

Taurus PT92

Due to a continuity error, the MacManus brothers' Beretta 92FS pistols become Brazilian-made Taurus PT92s in several scenes. They are distinguished by their frame mounted slide stop safety instead of the slide mounted decocking safety found on the Beretta.

Il Duce (Billy Connolly) also uses a stainless PT92 when facing off with the brothers and Rocco.

Colt Python

David Della Rocco (David Della Rocco) carries a snub nosed Colt Python with a stainless finish and most notabley uses it to kill the three men in the diner. Some people are inclined to believe Rocco uses a Colt Diamondback instead of a Python because Det. Greenley (Bob Marley) claims they recovered .38 slugs at the crime scene. One should note that a .357 Magnum and a .38 Special round are dimensionally exact in diameter (but not length), so the bullet head would be .38 regardless of which round was used.

Colt Python 6" - .357 Magnum.
Connor and Murphy mess with Rocco by making him think they are going to kill him. They then pull out his Colt Python snub.
(Connor):"Jeez, it's a fuckin' six-shooter!" (Murphy):"There's nine bodies, genius." (Connor):"What were you gonna do, laugh the last three to death, FUNNY MAN?!"
Rocco tells his girlfriend he will kill himself right their and then if she can even recall the name of her recently deceased cat. Or even its color. If you look close, you can see the gun isn't loaded.
"Shut your fat ass, Rayvie! I can't even buy a pack of smokes without running into nine guys you've fucked!"
Rocco kills a mobster in the diner by firing his Colt Python through his jacket.
Rocco shoots the other mobster and we see the full effect of a .357 round. If you look close, you see he fires the gun early as he swings it at him, likely done to fire blanks safely at close range.
"FUNNY, FUNNY, FUNNY, FUNNY!" Rocco kills the diner clerk for not telling him he was set up.
Rocco holds his Colt Python on the priest in the confession booth as he listens to the confessions of Det. Smecker.

Papa Joe Yakavetta (Carlo Rota) also uses a Colt Python, his with a blued finish and a 6" barrel later in the film. Some people claim it is a Colt Anaconda do to its seemingly large size, yet the Anaconda was never released in blue finish, only stainless steel.

Yakavetta loads up his Colt Python (it's funny because his Russian sirname is femine instead of masculine, XD!).
Yakavetta swings the cylinder shut on his Colt Python.

Desert Eagle

Ivan Checkov (Scott Griffith) and his partner both carry custom Desert Eagles, his a Mark VII and his partner's a Mark XIX. They appear to be built up from both Chrome and Black finish models, with some features gold plated. Det. Paul Smecker (Willem Dafoe) refers to the bullets found at the scene as being ".50 caliber", yet the guns used are actually .44 Magnum.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX - .50 AE.
Ivan holds his Mark VII Desert Eagle on Connor, his with a chrome slide, a black barrel and frame, and a gold plated decocker.
Here we see the bore is .44 and under the barrel is a gold plated symbol of the Russian flag, the hammer and sickle.
Here we can see the .44 stamp on the other Russian's Desert Eagle Mark XIX. His has a chrome barrel and frame with a black slide.
Ivan holds his Desert Eagle on Murphy before Connor drops a toilet on him from the roof.

Murphy staring down the barrel of the Desert Eagle.
When Det. Smecker investigates the crime scene afterward, he finds a bullet in the dumpster, yet here you can see he misses the dumpster by a lot.
Connor jumps on Ivan's partner and causes him to fire his Desert Eagle which leaves a second slug in the alley wall.
Ivan's partner tries to reach for his Desert Eagle before Murphy beats him to death.
The brothers trade the two Desert Eagles to the weapons dealer so they can take guns.

Glock 26

While summing up the shootout in front of the house, Agent Paul Smecker (Willem Dafoe) fires his Glock 26 pistol into the air, which is something a real FBI Agent would never do.
