The following weapons appear in the video game Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and its expansion packs Spearhead and Breakthrough:
Handguns
Colt M1911A1
The main sidearm used for all US Forces is the Colt M1911A1 pistol. It is the standard pistol for US forces in multiplayer.
High Standard HDM
The High Standard HDM pistol is used by the player on undercover missions.
Webley Mk.IV
The Webley Mk.IV revolver is standard for British Paratroopers. It is used by British soldiers in multiplayer as their standard sidearm.
Nagant M1895
The Nagant Revolver is standard for Russian forces. It is standard for Russian forces in multiplayer. An inaccuracy during gameplay can be noticed during the revovlers reloading sequence, the revolver is shown as being reloaded whilst the hammer is cocked, this is not possible in real life as the cylinder is locked in place when the hammer is cocked.
Walther P38
Beretta M1934
Introduced in the Breakthrough expansion pack, the Beretta M1934 incorrectly features a 15 round magazine, when in reality it only has a 7 round magazine. Appears simply as "Beretta".

The M1A1 Thompson is used by US forces.
Sten Mk.II
The Sten Mk.II appears in the game used by British Paratroopers.
PPSh-41
The PPSh-41 is present in the Russian missions. In the first expansion pack, Spearhead, it incorrectly had a 45 round magazine and a low rate of fire, in stark contrast to the real weapon. The second expansion pack, Breakthrough keeps the low rate of fire and corrects the magazine size to a 71 round magazine.

The first weapon you use is the M1 Garand. It is used by the US rifleman in multiplayer.
M1903A4 Springfield
A M1903A4 Springfield rifle is used as a sniper weapon for the US forces.
Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk.I
The Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I rifle is also seen in the game. It used in the Spearhead Expansion pack, utilised by British Paratroopers.
Enfield L42A1
The British sniper rifle, you use it during the Monte Cassino and Monte Battaglia levels. The L42A1 appears in the game incorrectly as it did not appear until the early 1970's, a more suitable weapon that could have been used would have been the Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I(T).
De Lisle Commando
A pistol calibre carbine featured in the Breakthrough Expansion Pack, it is used by the player while infiltrating an Italian airfield. It has an integrated suppressor and a 7 round magazine.
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Used by Russian Soldiers in the Spearhead Expansion pack. It is standard for Russian rifleman in multiplayer.
Tokarev SVT-40
A scoped Tokarev SVT-40 Rifle is the Soviet sniper rifle in the expansion packs. You carry it when infiltrating Berlin in the Spearhead expansion pack's Russian campaign, and it is the sniper rifle for the Russians in multiplayer.
Karabiner 98 Kurz
The standard German rifle, it is used by most of the German soldiers in the game.

The German sniper rifle of choice.

The M1 Rocket Launcher "Bazooka" is the American anti-tank weapon the the game. In the original game, you use it during the hedgerow fighting and again in the infamous "Sniper town" level. In Breakthrough, you use it the town of Gela and again in the fighting at Monte Battaglia.

The Projector, Infantry, Anti Tank (PIAT) is used as the British anti-armour weapon.
