The following firearms and other weapons were seen in this anime and it's sequel TSR and spin-off Fumoffu.
Handguns
Glock 26
Used by Sagara as his primary sidearm.
Ruger KP89
Walther TPH
Tessa's sidearm is the .22LR Walther TPH..
1911A1
Smith and Wesson Centennial
Beretta 92F
Seen in use by a terrorist, but was taken by Kalinin when he lured his captive that he was dying.
Heckler & Koch P8
Seen in the hands of Mao. (Confirmed to be the P8 variant in the Furume Artbook)
SIG-Sauer P226
Used by multiple characters throughout the series. Seen fitted with a suppressor and a laser pointer when used by Gaurin.
Steyr M
H&K Mk 23 Mod 0
Seen briefly and only the front end portion, but just enough to show us it's a mk 23 and not a USP tactical.
CZ 75 BD
TT 33
Submachine guns
FN P90
Seen used by Sagara once during a chase, by Mao and by Mithril troops.
Steyr SPP
One of many in Sagara's personal arsenal. Apparently modified to fire in full automatic.
MAC-10
Ares FMG
MP5K PDW
UZI
Assault Rifles
AKM
AKMSU
M16 variants
The only instances seen with M203s were in the short series when Sagara and his men were inside giant costumes which hide power suits. They were all seen firing in full auto, and A2 carrying handles.
Car-15
Seen in the hands of Sagara.
H&K G36E (Export model)
The full rifle verison that was in the getaway car. This one apparently was drawn with the magazines without the buds on the sides of them to attach extra mags, so Weber duct taped some together in jungle style, despite the drawing of the mags showed they do have the pegs. Comparing, the one seen was the Export version with a single 1.5X telescope sight.
AKS-74U
Howa Type 89
FN FNC
HK 33
Machine Guns
M249 SAW
M60
Sniper Rifles
Walther WA2000
Kurtz' main weapon.
VSS Vintorez
Weber had this odd looking rifle once.
SVD
Shotguns
Many different forms and for many occasions. Most of the time, they were fitted with less than lethal ammo
M3 Super 90
Remington 870 Shotgun
Super Shorty 9
Heavy Weapons
Heckler & Koch HK69
Another one of Sagara's weapons. He has always used this loaded with less than lethal ammo intended to knock out whoever he shoots at. One instances he accidently loaded a live grenade and destroyed a pillar behind his target and by luck the falling debris knocked out his target.
RPG
AT-4
Other Weapons
Unidentified Rifle
Another of Sagara's personal arsenal.
Cornershot with the Glock attachment
Used by Mithril soldiers while operating within the confines of a series of underground tunnels. Note that the squad using the Cornershots don't turn on the cameras' viewing screens. Instead they wear a goggle attachment connected to the weapon itself. We can assume they connect directly to the camera from that.
Grenades
It is also to mention the many types of grenades seen and used from smoke, to flash bangs, and Sagara has all of them and a few extras of his designs. Apparently the word moderation doesn't exist in his vocabulary.
Sarin gas
Used by Sagara as a trap when someone was trying to tamper with bread that the students were trying to selll. Apparent this gas was in a nice little package like a grenade.
