In the Season 1 finale "What Kind of Day Has It Been", one of the white supremacists that open fire on the President is seen using a stainless Desert Eagle.
SIG-Sauer P229
A SIG-Sauer P229 is fired by a Secret Service Agent in the Season 1 finale "What Kind of Day Has It Been". US Secret Service Agent Simon Donovan (Mark Harmon) also pulls his SIG in Season 3's finale "Posse Comitatus".
Glock 20
A Glock 20 is drawn by Secret Service Agent Wesley (Taye Diggs) in the Season 4 episode "Commencement".
