That may be, be if it is not semi-automatic only (as it clearly is not), it has a full-auto lower. Therefore, it is most likely an M4A1 with a civilian-type upper receiver. However, since the weapon is (regardless of its full-auto capabilities) obviously similar to an M4 (civilian versions are often known as "M4geries", it is still close enough. You are being needlessly confusing otherwise.
Also, you are screwing up the format of the page. You don't make new entires for "technicalities" and "accessories"; that's not how we do things on here.
