The Rossi Princess is a Brazilian revolver based on the Smith & Wesson .32 Ladysmith. The weapon's frame is made of Zamak (A cheap zinc alloy) but the barrel and cylinder are made of steel. In 1965 small changes were made to the design; and models with shorter barrels and oxidized finishes were offered (The later were mainly meant for imports). In the late 1960s some of these revolvers were imported into the United States; the remaining export guns were sold in Brazil after the Gun Control Act of 1968 banned their importation.
