The Heckler & Koch G36C is seen in "The LBC" (S3E05) inside the Long Beach Police Department's Southeast Division building's armory.

The SIG-Sauer 516 is apparently used in "The LBC" (S3E05) with Chaos Posse Isaac Irie aka Don Daga (Lovensky Jean-Baptiste) before he changes to an AUG.
Steyr AUG
The Steyr AUG is seen in "The LBC" (S3E05) with CP gang members. It's mentioned as the AUG A2.

Handguns
Kimber Custom TLE/RL II
The primary sidearm of the Los Angeles Police Department's Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) officers is the Kimber Custom TLE II made by Kimber Manufacturing, Inc. The pistols are fitted with a Streamlight weaponlight under the pistol's rails.
Kimber Warrior
Street aims his Kimber Warrior and sometimes used by the SWAT unit to replace the TLE/RL II in some scenes.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used in the season with some characters.
Glock 17
Glock 17 pistols are seen as the sidearms of some of the LAPD officers in the series. Capt. Cortez is now using it instead of her Glock 19. Simunition Glock 17s are sometimes used in training missions.
Cornershot with Glock 17
The Cornershot is seen in "Track" (S3E07) with Hondo's element.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is used by some characters in the season.
Glock 26
A Glock 26 is seen in the season with Hondo when he's not on duty. Lieutenant Piper Lynch (Amy Farrington) also uses it as her personal sidearm.
M1911A1
The M1911A1 is seen with various characters in the season.
SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is seen in "Track" (S3E07) with a heist crew.
SIG-Sauer P365
A SIG-Sauer P365 is seen in Deacon's gunsafe as a personal weapon.
Taser X26
The Taser X26 is used by the LAPD as a less-lethal weapon when the suspect or POI is needed to be arrested.

An Ithaca 37 is seen with Claire in "Bad Faith" (S3E02).
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Mossberg 500 Cruisers are seen in "The LBC" (S3E05) with CP gangsters.
Remington 870
The Remington 870 shotgun is used by the LAPD in a less than lethal or lethal capacity.
