SIG-Sauer P228
In Season 14, NCIS agents continue to carry the SIG-Sauer P228 as their main sidearm. Petty Officer 1 Matthew Dean (Skyler Maxon) uses it at the end of "Rendezvous" while infiltrating a RAC camp.
SIG-Sauer P229 E2
In a continuity error, Bishop appears to draw a SIG-Sauer P229 E2 instead of a P239 in "Being Bad" (S14E02).
SIG-Sauer P239
Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham) continues to carry the smaller SIG-Sauer P239 as her sidearm in Season 14.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with various characters in Season 14.

The Glock 19 is seen with various characters.

The Glock 26 is used by US Park Police officer May Dawson (Elisabeth Röhm) in "Beastmaster" (S14E22) as her off-duty sidearm.

A Heckler & Koch P2000 is used by MI6 operative Mason Finley (Henry Wells Nixon) in "Philly" (S14E05). It also is used by MI6 operative Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry), first seen in "Enemy Combatant" (S14E08).
Heckler & Koch P2000SK
Special Agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) carries what appears to be a Heckler & Koch P2000SK at the end of "Rogue" (S14E01), using it as his main sidearm. Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) dual wields the P2000SK with his P228 in "Philly" (S14E05).

The M242 Bushmaster chaingun is seen on the USS McGuire at the start of "Something Blue" (S14E23).

A Phalanx CIWS is seen on the USS Gray in "M.I.A." (S14E18).
Grenades
M84 Stun Grenade
A M84 stun grenade is used by Gibbs near the end of "Beastmaster" (S14E22) to blind an armed man while making an arrest.
Other
Airtronic RPG-7
Gibbs uses what appears to be an Airtronic RPG-7, a modernized US manufactured version of the RPG-7, in "Philly" (S14E05) when he corners a couple of murder suspects. This particular weapon is fitted with a custom warhead.
Small Arms Collection
Gibbs and Quinn visit a mansion of a person of interest in "Home of the Brave" (S14E07).
