The mag holders are different in the scene where Vincent is chasing Max from the hospital than the Club Fever scene. During the foot chase Vincent doesn't have the twin mag holders then they appear on his slacks a few seconds later. I'm hoping someone here can ID the holster. The mag holder from Club Fever are Safariland.
